Facilitation Training
HMS Associates make facilitation look easy. But many managers have problems when it comes to facilitating a group. HMS has been training facilitators since the mid-90s and can train your people to become highly effective facilitators.

Alternatively, you may wish all your managers to understand the benefits of using a facilitative style with their staff - we can help you there as well.
