Duration
|
Minimum 65 guided learning hours, excluding assessment, and
may take from two weeks to a maximum of two years to complete.

Content

 | Induction lasting 3 hours
|
 | Minimum 2 hours tutorial guidance for assessment
|
 | Four 15-hour modules (see
grid)comprising a total of 5 segments per module. |

Learning and
Development
|
Flexible, to suit the requirements of participants, sponsors
and Centres. May include elements of open/distance/online
learning as well as workshops to complement a recommended
minimum of 12 hours of workshops to provide collaborative
learning. Reflective learning and personal development are also
essential features of the programme, to be achieved through the
Personal Development Record

Assessment

 | Knowledge Assessment (5 questions per module)

 | Short centre-assessed presentation, and

 | Mini-Project |
|
|
Entry Requirements
|
Participants ideally should be working in teams or cells,
though not necessarily in a leadership role. Whilst there are no
formal educational requirements, learners should have a
background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.

Those who achieve these awards are eligible to apply for the
minimum grade of Affiliate membership (AInstLM). E-mail
