Level 5 Diploma in Management Coaching and Mentoring Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching Each programme is externally assessed and learners undertake theoretical sessions before demonstrating their competence by undertaking a practical coaching/mentoring assignment. These programmes are considered an ideal vehicle to introduce mentoring or coaching into the organisation - with staff at all levels able to participate in the award.
