Director and Company Secretary for HMS, Pauline combines company
oversight with her job as a GP practice manager. Having been around when
we there was just one of us, working out of the back bedroom, Pauline
knows much of what needs to be done and is able to help with advice to
clients on the one hand and with advice to us, as a training team, on
the other. When we can persuade her, she has been known to join us on teambuilding events for local GPs. Staff are usually surprised to find a 'trainer' that really understands what it's like working for doctors!
